Club Account Authorization

Provide a general explaination of where funds deposited into the account will come from. Indicate if funds will come from a variety of sources.

Please describe for what purposes funds will be used for (e.g., scholarships, conference travel, to purchase apparel, etc). If funds will be used for scholarships upload a copy of the approved criteria by which the scholarship will be granted. Also include how many scholarships will be granted and how many times an academic year scholarships will be granted.

Authorized Trustees for this Account
All persons below listed as trustees for this account must sign each ASCC Requisition in order for funds to be drawn from this account. Additionally the Coordinator of Student Activities signature is required to authorize the creation of this account. All signatures must be completed before submitting this authorization form to the Coordinator of Student Activities. The trustees below also agree to the following statement:
Student organizations shall assume liability for all charges incurred as a result of damages to College and non College affiliated property. It is also responsible for any outstanding debts or expenses incurred as a result of activity sponsorship or as a result of actions of members or nonmembers.
The College reserves the right to audit all financial records of any campus organization or organization whenever deemed necessary to hold responsible officers of any organization which fails to meet its financial obligations. Furthermore, the College reserves the right to revoke the registered status of an organization which fails to meet its financial obligations.
For these reasons, officers are urged to consult with the Coordinator of Student Activities before undertaking any event or program which might involve the expenditure of funds greater than the organizations ability to pay.
Individuals signing below are responsible for ensuring the proper accounting procedures and guidelines, as stated in the Budget and Finance Procedures section of the Organization Handbook. Failure to comply with those guidelines may jeopardize the registration status of the organization.
We, the undersigned, have read the Financial Responsibility agreement and agree to accept all responsibility for administering this account in our capacity as trustees in accodance with the policies of the College and guidelines and provisions of this account.
